Making a new listing

When you create a new listing do you use the 'sell' button at the page top, the blue 'create listings' button on the active listing page, a sell similar of someone's else's listing or a sell similar of an existing listing of your own that's as close to new one as possible.

In general practice i do like creating a new listing fresh without choosing selling similar from someone else's item. Typically i use this for items that have a lot of specifics that need to be filled in. (Like Shoes) Using the sell one like this from another listing can be helpful but i have found that sometimes the category and details may be auto filled incorrectly. Not always but sometimes and it is a good idea to double check all of the details in your listing before submitting it.
