There seem to be some serious problems going on here.
In the last week i have had two different customers with 2 different items they bought months ago, come up as unpaid recently so they repaid them. (I didn't even think anything over 30 days was payable, never seemed to be in the past.)
So I go looking for the items and obviously can't find them, so I contact the buyer after I pulled my hair out thinking i lost them, only to have them find the pieces in a shipment I sent to them that they never opened.
How is this even possible and why is it happening? Is it just me? anyone else having similar problems, especially with regular customers.
Lets worry about Dr S being taken out of context but not real problems that affect sellers , costing us time and money daily.
