Anybody else get MC011 supsension today for no reason? I don't understand what the heck is going on. Seems a rogue rep decided to look into my account after a phone call I had made regarding credit card charge back from last year. It was only $20 purchase and ebay showed "delivered in hyper green in sales transaction but tracking details unavailable.
If I disputed with their credit card company and lost, I would be charged and extra $20 on top of item for dispute fee.....I refunded it but this person decided to mc011. $700,000 sales last year, $1.2 million projected this year and all gone for no tangible reason other than the rep made sure to note "high" number of cases in resoltion center; total of 3 for items not recieved, 2 of which were delivered and confirm via ebay tracking weeks ago and delivered on time but had not closed yet (waiting for buyer response, and 3rd case we were waiting to see what color selection on seat cover someone wanted) . 3 items out of 1300 sales in last month......they have been resolved by simply telling ebay to look at tracking info they provided and I had resent in resolution center weeks ago....
This was personal decision made by one rep to delve into my account and see anything that would give excuse to suspend my account....I just can't believe it as it was unremarkable conversation and I was polite etc but other rep I spoke with did confirm it was a male rep I spoke with without naming names......
