I am contacting eBay's Executive Office and protesting this baseless and unfair decision on eBay's part.
My name is Shavla and I live in California
A few months ago I joined eBay as a seller and bought various items to sell on eBay for a small profit. Very soon our store became known, we have 100% feedback and top rated status
We don't know what happened probably due to our sharp sales, we get MC011 where your team asked for invoices and drivers license- we forwarded them and both were granted then they asked for all the items to be delivered they were on their way and almost never deviated from the deadlines given by ebay. Moreover, when our items were deleted, up to 12 items were sold, and despite the block, we delivered them. Still, we took the financial risk because a cancellation would create a bad experience for your customers, and we still protected the buyer experience on eBay despite the block.
As soon as we confirmed the delivery of all items on Ebay, we immediately received a letter that the account was permanently suspended, which I agree is unfounded and there was never any danger from our side. Moreover, many buyers even became our friends on this platform. So fast communication we have statistics if you pay we have 5.0 stars in everything.
We have a very low level of returns, most of them were buyer change minds
I appeal to you with the greatest respect and request that you value the really good sellers more and don't leave such a seller out of the platform because of the wrong decision of ebay security system
I'm not going to give up where I'm right and I'll fight for the rest of my life, I'll visit every eBay headquarters and talk to all the people I need because I can look them in the eye and show them that we're good on eBay as sellers.

I hope you don't think you're contacting high level ebay employees by writing this here.

When you joined ebay you agreed to their terms and conditions which included that they could drop you at any time and that any disputes must be handled via binding arbitration. I would move on to another platform. They have dropped people selling a million dollars a year for MC011 and even those people could not get back in. Someone who sold 300 items ever isn't even on their radar.

i already connected with highest level of officers from Jamie office i just post there too people as well know how garbage is their security system.
"
Hello Shalva,
Thank you for contacting eBay through the office of Jamie Iannone. To ensure your concerns were appropriately addressed, your information was directed to my attention. I understand your concern is regarding the selling restriction on your account. I recognize how upsetting it can be to receive a restriction, and was happy to further investigate this matter."

It's frustrating that we cannot get clear answers about the issues at hand. It seems that dropping customers without any explanation is becoming a norm. We’ve provided all the requested documentation: the required documents, bank statements, ID cards, and detailed invoices. Our feedback rate is 100%, with zero returns. Regarding 0 INR, I've been selling on eBay for over nine years and have the experience to avoid mistakes as a seller. Yet, I'm still unclear about the situation with MC011 and why it’s affecting our accounts. Previously, I had a similar issue with another account, and had removed mc011 before but I no longer have access to that account due i moved to the USA a five years ago, I am starting fresh new accaunt, and I would appreciate clarity on these matters that no one do.

Yes we are risk for their community so funny and ironic, Created a system that evaluates the seller and says that we are a top rated seller with 5 star results and 100% feedback and blocked that we are a risk. mutually exclusive idiocy.

I get it that you are mad at Ebay, but the whole security system is NOT garbage.
I've been here for about 25 years. And in all those years their SECURITY SYSTEM has kept my financial info SAFE. So they are doing something right.

That sounds like a plan that should take you on a trip to no where very promptly. Enjoy your tour though..
Your posts on this forum seems that your are barking up the wrong tree. Folks here are merely eBay members that are buyers and sellers and signed the same User Agreement as did you. Many of us especially the sellers read and understood the policies and procedures of eBay. When they had questions many posted their questions on this site.

That'll do it.
Once you get suspended, you can't open another account.

All of your listings have been removed, even the ones that have been sold. But I was able to pull up cached copies of the transactions from your most recent feedback received.
All of those listings had only stock photos, with no pictures of the actual items which you should have had in hand. Even if you were not drop shipping, selling a large quantity of small, new, items like this will make eBay suspicious of your sources. Such items are not readily available from legitimate sources, in quantities and at a price that would allow you to make a profit.
Most sources for items like this will be fencing stolen goods. There are organized shop-lifting rings that do smash-and-grab thefts from stores, transport the items to other regions, and then sell them in bulk, in pallet-loads or as store-returns (so-called), to pass them on to retailers like yourself, and avoid being found out as selling stolen goods.
Most likely, when you provided your invoices to identify your sources, they were found to be unreliable and untrustworthy sources.
Edit:
I also noticed that you recently sold multiples (30+) of a medallion replica of a Morgan dollar, made of nickel silver (no silver content at all) but you incorrectly listed it in the category for "Silver Bullion Coins for sale | eBay". That could also be the cause of your suspension. That is sales tax avoidance, on top of other policy issues, since many states don't charge sales tax on bullion, and buyers often don't pay sales tax in that category. eBay has been cracking down on fraud in the silver/bullion/coins sales recently.

@shagorg-92 Once you are suspended you cannot make another account and start selling again.

^^^^ This is why you cannot sell here. You will never be allowed to sell here.

For obvious reasons, eBay does not make public the specific reasons why a seller was terminated, nor do the publish the criteria they use for risk assessment. That would only help the users they consider to be a risk to avoid removal.
The reason for your removal may or may not have anything to do with you or the items you sell. It could be that they have connected your address or someone around you as being a risk. It could be about the buyers you attract, or something they found in a credit report or background check, or it could be about another seller (or spouse, or family member, or roommate) they have somehow connected to you.
Every seller on eBay is subject to removal for any reason, as outlined in the eBay User Agreement:
"we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion"

This is another problem that hasn't been mentioned by others.
You made a sale of an item listed as "Beef Amino's 400's" but the buyer received just 200. Even your reply to the feedback admits an error in the listing and you claim to have corrected the listing AFTER the buyer's purchase.
Yet instead of honoring the quantity as listed, you offered the buyer 1/2 price for the remaining amount they didn't receive but paid for!
You can't do that! If you made a mistake, you should have honored it, learned from your error and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again.
You handled this buyer's legitimate complaint poorly.

Way too late.
Willie Nelson ( very famous CW from Texas just north of Waco) had a song that is fitting for your eBay future.
Title: Turn out the lights the party's over. The late Dandy Don Meredith (played for the Cowboys) sang it often on Monday night NFL football)
