MC011 We restricted your account!! I've Sold Over 3.4k Items in 3 Years Help Please

So I am going to start by saying that I am a Top Rated Seller with over 3,400 items sold in the last 3 years.  I average over $40,000 in revenue a year typical.  Today I received a message with the subject "MC011 We Restricted Your Account"  called customer service and three times they kept saying send screen shots of all sales and reply to message.  I couldn't send screen shots so I went through all the forums to figure it out.  My guess is I was flagged because I listed a bunch of items from my personal collection and sold $5K this week which is higher than usual.  But the message says to upload tracking and proof of delivery and reply to this message.  Well I just finished packing and printing the label to the last order and all labels I buy through ebay get auto uploaded to orders.  I have over 400 items sold in 2023 alone and all are showing delivered except the recent orders still in transit that show tracking and alerts if you select.  But I replied to the message saying all orders have tracking and some items are still in transit but should be delivered in a couple days.  My understanding is that this will be reviewed and then I may have to provide some ID or receipts and then hopefully my account can get unrestricted.  I have attached the exact message below.  Can someone tell me if there is a way to speed this up?

I believe you need to enter all those tracking numbers again even though you purchased labels thru ebay. I don't think the two departments are connected. If is asking you for tracking enter the numbers again that should be in sold order history and you can copy and paste.

@seebz13  you will need to enter all the tracking numbers as asked.

 

The sooner you provide them with the information the sooner you can get back to selling.

Yea, I just packed and bought all the labels.  There are no orders that need to be shipped in the seller hub now.  I'm assuming they can see the tracking numbers and I just replied to them saying all orders have a tracking number is that enough? @klhmdg

This won't help now, but for future reference, i use the add note feature on every sold listing to add the tracking number. Just in case i need it later on.

@44012 Yea I am in seller hub and all orders have a tracking number associated.  I replied saying I added tracking to all orders and you can see that all except orders the last two days are showing delivered.

You literally need to manually enter them again. I have had a different situation but if you do not enter them again, one by one, for whatever tracking numbers it wants then you get dinged. In your case huge, huge ding!  you MUST type them in again. The shipping department does not connect the tracking to the "account warning" department who now wants YOU to give them tracking numbers. You can cut and paste but you must do it again. What you have done is not enough.

Yea you scared me lol, all orders in the seller hub have a tracking number and after I clicked the link in the email they sent "Track Items you sold" the tracking number for all orders appear in the seller hub and my ebay under sold.  Lol I was like, do I really have to reply with a couple hundred numbers???

  I have seen postings like yours before and this is the most ludicrous requests eBay can make of a seller when they put their funds on hold. If the seller has followed eBay protocols all the tracking information is already available to them as is detailed tracking data but for some reason they are too lazy to access it themselves.

I know, I even replied to this message saying that I have shipped all open orders awaiting shipping and I have purchased my labels through Ebay the last 3 years and it auto fills the tracking in both the seller hub and my ebay.  My guess is that it was an auto trigger alert and this message is automated and they don't review until I reply to the steps and then they go in and can see all my orders are tracked.

I'm sorry if I scared you. In my case I was asked in a message from eBay to provide tracking. The message had a field to enter them. I was annoyed because the tracking was already in the hub from buying postage. Some were weeks old. I entered the numbers on the message I was sent and all was better.  Did eBay send you a link in your message that can be opened to enter whatever order tracking they want?  If not, I am assuming you have done your part. Its strange though that this is the issue they are picking on. You seem like your shipments have gone well.

It's ludicrous unless the account was taken over by someone else who may not be able to access the older tracking numbers.

 

It's also just a test, if the seller is evasive and won't comply it's an indicated that they might in fact be a risk.

 

I notice in the message the OP posted it mentions that some listings have been removed, that may be the cause of the investigation in the first place.

Once you have entered all of the tracking numbers most likely the next email will ask for Identification, a utility bill, address confirmation and invoices or receipts and names of your suppliers.

This is an example of why the typewriter was superior to the computer!:)) Not that that is coming back but it your issue has to do with tracking. I have a similar issue with sending out shipping labels direct from post office rather than downloading the label and now am a below average seller because Didn't use their tracking system. The products went out within one day, and they were shipped. The computer doesn't recognize that the same way.
