Wait, the credit card disputes are not your problem? If not yours, then whose?
Looking at your feedback, seems you had a few problems with customer satisfaction. Had 18 feedback revisions, and have not kept up with your timely shipping.
What’s more troubling is that you offer free returns, yet apparently multiple buyers sought satisfaction thru chargebacks. Why would a buyer feel compelled to pursue a refund via a payment dispute when you already offer them free returns? Were you not granting no-questions-asked refunds?

Of course its a seller problem, but seller did not accept the payment, seller has no opportunity to review buyer for risk but seller takes all the risk and penalty for the processors actions.
It just goes back to the ongoing conversation that ebay is not screeing some buyers well enough. Its to easy for guests to take advantage.
LL Bean used to give back your money on anything for any reason. People started bringing in things from thrift stores. This is a sort of similar situation except LL Bean doesn't reimburse the buyers, ebay sellers do.
