MC011 8 months restriction

I’m looking for some help here since eBay customer service is not working with me.

 

my account was suspended in Sep 2021 for failing to provide tracking numbers on orders that were refunded. 
I replied to the MC011 email but got an automatic response saying that email doesn’t receive messages.

I have call at least 13 times and they keep telling me it takes 48 to 72 hours to get an email from the “back team”

I have asked to speak with a supervisor and nothing happens.


my account was opened in 2008 and I have 2Million selling limit. 

Please help.

Was it a permanent suspension?

If it was, not much you can do.

looks like you were out of stock............which is deadly.......  You may have been drop shipping, can't tell........

 

You can try Ebay for business on Facebook..........read the rules.  That's a one on one with a Ebay CS person  who is better than the normal ebay phone call person. They may ask you for your business plan to avoid the problems you had before.............

We users see this stuff a lot: if you gave them the info they wanted and still are restricted from selling: there is nothing we users can do or even advise.

And the regular CS is not in any direct contact with the group that handles such. just so you know. It is passed on, and if you do not hear back; nothing you can do about it.

I have questions. 

 

1. Did you have the items in your possession at the time you listed and sold them?

2. How did you ship? 

3. Did you print shipping labels through the transaction/through ebay?
4. How did you respond to all those buyers who claimed non-receipt? 

 

As for ebay requesting tracking numbers, having them could have protected you from invalid INR claims. If tracking showed delivery, you would have won those cases and not had to refund the buyers. But with so many buyers not getting their items and your not having tracking to prove otherwise, ebay will assume that you aren't shipping or following through. 

 

From what I see, I'm guessing that the restriction is permanent.
