MASSIVE INCREASE IN INADS

I have seen such a huge increase in returns, specifically INADs, where there has been nothing at all wrong with the item, and I have been forced to accept the return... one where I know darn well the item was not ripped when I sent it, but I had a dress returned with the strap ripped (my pictures clearly show an intact strap!) There is no way it was just damaged in transit. Now I have a destroyed item, and I'm out $23 for the original shipping, item cost, and return shipping. It's just ridiculous, too, when you provide measurements and the customer returns something because it doesn't fit. I've been selling on here 6 years, but I'm over the Amazon entitlement I'm sensing from customers. I'm not a corporation, and I work hard to curate nice things for my store... this is just getting out of hand.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Providing measurements helps a lot, but it doesn't always solve fit problems - it's why I take no-hassle 30-day returns because I know it's impossible that everything fits everyone even with measurements.

I'm sorry you're getting these bogus SNADs, though, with ruined merchandise. The industry calls it shrinkage, and it's a pain in the backside to everyone, big or small.  There are some clothing markets I refuse to sell in because they're kind of, well, twitchy.  I'll never sell prom dresses ever again, for instance.

I checked 6-8 of your items, jeans, coat, dresses, blouses and don't see any measurements?

MASSIVE INCREASE IN INADS

You need to add at least bust, waist and hip measurements,  and inseam and rise (for pants) would also help since the manufacturer's size is meaningless.
I wear at least five different sizes in tops and dresses depending on the maker and price point. And pants are yet another group of sizes.

Silly question but why do you ship to Namibia but not Libya?

MASSIVE INCREASE IN INADS

I am not experiencing this.

The opposite actually.

Less than 1% of my transactions are INADs.

I can have can have hundreds of sales/transactions without a INAD.

Maybe I'm just lucky?

Hopefully this is a passing phase for you.
