Recently my sales have been slow and I was wondering if there was anything I can do to increase them. Any tips would be helpful and appreciated, thank you.

How do your sales compare with the same period in 2019 or 2018?
2020 was an outlier when there was a pandemic surge in online shopping, so we probably can't use those numbers with any confidence.

1st item up TOMIKA-1 WHITE SLIP ON RUBBER SANDAL WITH BACK STRAP, with a shipping cost of $75. Could be others see that and go elsewhere

There are others although I didn't see one that outrageous.
My thought after looking at the OP's listings was "brand new shoes for 99 cents? even if the shipping is $15 they must be real garbage to be offered at that price".

I saw that, but I figure it was a typo.
I recently noticed one of my own items was priced at $9099.90. Quickly changed it to $9.99. Stuff happens.
Low prices with unusually high shipping is a huge turnoff for buyers, even when the shipping price is accurate. Better to go with a $75.99 asking and Free Shipping.

I see reasonable prices and good shipping, so must be some outliers there.
But oh man, shoes - I see a lot of heels list and women are less and less wearing heels. I don't even try to sell them anymore (I sell shoes elsewhere). Changes in work and leisure. There is still a demand for them, but summer hasn't rolled around for all those sandals and people have got their boots already.

Well since its Corona times now, people are doing less walking and more sitting.

You have some nice shoes.
Now that I no longer have to wear a suit to the office (or GO to the office for that matter), I do not shop for shoes like I used to. Am betting many buyers think the same way. The shoes I do shop for are to play tennis, golf, pickleball, etc. Am very much into comfy and multi-functional. Unfortunately, the B&M stores are having amazing sales right now. Maybe the Holidays were not as fruitful as they had hoped.
Do you promote your items, offer discounts or promotions? Have you tried the coupons? Good luck!

Took a look at some of your listings and the thing that jumped out at me was the lack of keywords. For example, listing #154584305204 doesn’t have the word pump anywhere in the listing. For style in Item Specifics, it emphasizes that it is a stiletto, and it is, but anyone looking for a red pump won’t see your offering in Search results.
Another example is item #165273710616. It is a two-tone d’Orsay pump in style with gold metal stud embellishments on the T strap, not gold gemstones. This small detail is important because the overall look of the shoe mimics a famous designer signature style. Some shoppers may search for pumps embellished with such studded decorations.
Since shoes are your niche, using the proper shoe terminology will help guide serious buyers to your goods. Though it may seem redundant, prominent keywords need to be in all three locations: title, Item Specifics and Description field.
Some of the photos are a little dark.
Overall, you have put together a sound foundation for your listings with excellent items and prices. I am certain your sales will improve by adding stronger keywords. Wish you much success!

One thing I did notice that you show 1712 or so listings but when I flip to the end. It stops at 12 pages of 50 items =600 items. I am not sure where the other 1100 or so items are??

Unemployment is at at a low of 3.9%, the job market is strong; the economy IS overheating, yes, causing some inflation (along with corporate opportunism), but people just are more picky about what they buy right now and this is not permanent (I remember when inflation was actually INFLATION, like running at 12%).
I agree with @katzrul15 - women are going for flats, comfortable shoes, etc. , they're more active, not so much chained to an office. Also, again, it's getting towards transitional season.
Just keep going - check your title SEO, make sure you're getting those eyes.

Unemployment is very low currently.
But I agree that inflation is getting out of control and eating into peoples budgets. Less money left at the end of a paycheck means less available money to spend on buying things on eBay.
