I have been selling on eBay for a while now and my items seem to be getting views everyday. However, those views barely convert to sales. This is extremely frustrating considering I can see the listings popularity which is amounting to nothing. I have a very competitive price for both products listed and I have still been having issues. Could there be a listing error that prevents buyers from purchasing the product? Because my sales have deflated to zero this past week. I have had far more sales on Amazon, any tips?
Here are both products so you can take a look:
iPhone 11 Transparent Sports Case (Jordan, Curry, Giannis, Messi, Kobe, Ronaldo)
5 Pack Resistance Bands Exercise (AB/GLUTE/LEG/QUADS)

Sometimes an account is poisoned by a single bad buyer.
We are allowed to have multiple accounts, so you could open a new one for your sales and keep this one for buying.
When the 90% returns to 100% you can start selling on it again.
It sounds odd,but your photos may be too professional, looking like dropshipping.
And seriously promote that Made in the USA (and this is coming from a Canadian!).
Auctions (bidding) makes up less than 15% of transactions on eBay, mostly because buyers don't want to wait a week to find out they lost to a last second sniper. Also Auctions have a much higher rate of Unpaid Item Disputes.
Still, since you are the manufacturer and I suppose have lots of these, why not run some auctions as well as the Fixed Price listings? You have enough product and 200 Free Listings every month.

I have 5 times the sales on my other site than I do on e bay . As a matter of fact I've been trained not to even bother to look if I've made a sale here . As for your question '' could there be listing errors.. ? maybe . For months now whenever I add an item to my purchase list a big red letter message comes up to say the seller is on vacation . It doesn't matter the seller , the item , the price or the day ,, they are all on vacation . If this is widespread it could be effecting sales . IMO E bay is tanking .

I'd suggest that you use a little more white space in your descriptions.
That wall of text is unreadable.
If your phone case is Made in the USA, make that a selling point. Heck, toss in a flag icon.
Because with phone cases you are competing with thousands of cheap cases from overseas.
And put the brand name in the title.

change your list in style and give more attention full title for your listing title or name 🙂

I remember looking at your listings last month when you inquired about your views and lack of sales. The advice you received then is still apropos. (Nothing wrong in coming back to ask again, though.)
I think if these were my items, I would list the phone cases individually, so as to spell out the entire name of the sports figure and their sport in the title, and not use the variation listing with only the last name. I realize as a new seller you have limits to deal with, but I think you would draw more serious buyers to a more specific listing.
Price may not be the only factor when a shopper is considering a purchase. Other things like your return policy, shipping time, whether or not you are an established seller, feedback score, and the like can also influence buying decisions. Some of those may not be within your control, but those that are should be as buyer-friendly as possible (within your comfort level).
I realize it can be even rougher to be a new seller with a negative, when there are only 4 feedbacks left for you as a seller. You might consider leaving a follow-up comment to assure future buyers of your veracity. Just be sure the remark isn't blaming, defensive, or angry. It is best when a seller shows off his customer service skills. That can disarm a negative. Better still is to resolve the unhappy buyer's issue and then request a feedback revision once you are certain they are amenable. Below is a link on how to request a revision for a feedback (less than 30 days old).

It can sometimes be difficult for new sellers to gain a foothold when selling items that are similar to hundreds of others. But you have made a great start and I have no doubt you can make this work. It may just take more time. Good luck and wish you much success.

Your feedback score is 90%... 1 out of 9 orders...

Do your cases need to be licensed by the NBA or the players? The number of watchers means nothing.

I beg to differ with you about it being cut and dry . I said EVERY item , EVERY seller , and EVERY day , week and month I get a message the seller is on vacation and the item can not be placed in my purchase box . These sellers are NOT on vacation because I've checked with many of them . It is in fact a technical problem on e bay .

You look like the average drop shipper, a lot of people don't like drop shippers

@bnrstore Get rid of the punctuation in the titles. It also looks like you have canned pictures from eBay's catalog so you simply look like "just another Seller trying to get a piece of the action" ... are you drop shipping? If so STOP ... it will only get you in trouble in the not too distant future.
Apparently, exercising wasn't on a lot of people's New Year's Resolutions lists ... find other stuff to buy and resell.

You have been a member for just about six months. Half of one year. Yes, that is "a while", but not a very long while.
My selling ID has been (sporadically) active for around 10 years. I learned about nine-and-a-half years ago not to get too excited about viewers. Bidders and offers, yes. Viewers are not much different from window shoppers or people who come into the store to get out of the rain.

Would it be better strategy to add bids rather than having a set price?

I wouldn't - not for phone cases.
Try putting "made in USA" in your titles. Phone cases are a dime a dozen, but I know I'd be more willing to purchase a made in US product than anything else. If you had an Evander Holyfield or JC Chavez phone case for an android, made in US, I would be lining up - I think the sports theme is great.
