Lost package still not refunded

Sold an item for $700+. No response from UPS or eBay. Sent in a claim and still no refund. It was insured. The UPS website wont allow me to enter my payment info.

Nothing ebay can do.........need to call/contact UPS

That's just sad.  I hope they're not following what USPS have been doing by denying most claims... but lost package claims do take awhile... they wait to see if they can locate the package, or if it works its way through their system before refunding.

The problem is if you printed a label on eBay it shows eBay as the customer and probably won't let you make a claim.
