International package lost, buyer opened a case and I lost, had to issue the buyer a refund. Before the case closed, the "ES" tracking showed history and it reached the consolidation center. But after the case was escalated to ebay to make an decision, the history was suddenly gone and only says "tracking provided", and now it says "status not available". But when looking up the tracking number on sites like trackmyshipment.co it shows the whole history.
Tried disputing the case but eBay pretty much base it off the current tracking history on usps.com. Told them to track it on trackmyshipment.co and they pretty much refuse to use any info other than what USPS.com provides
Additional info: Shipped with eBay International Standard Delivery. Purchased the label through ebay and the "ES" international tracking was automatically uploaded onto the order rather than the domestic tracking# to the consolidation center. I do have a physical receipt of USPS receiving the package, but it's with the domestic tracking#
Please help, what can I do now, this happened with 2 orders.

I am not clear as to what the USPS tracking number shows, the same as the ES number? "status not available"? Some weird shenanigans. Try using USPS's Missing Mail Search. Also, visit your local PO they often have more info in their intranet network than what they show on the web.

The regular domestic tracking number shows that it's been delivered to eBay's distribution/consolidation center, but the "ES" international tracking number shows "Status Not Available". Thanks, I'll give the missing mail search a try. Yea I'm sure if I went to a local PO or called USPS, they'll have information on the package. The issue is I need the tracking history to show up online on their website so eBay can see for themselves that it's been lost.
