Lost envelopes with ebay label

My last two envelope shipments with ebay mail label never arrived to the buyer. I made sure that the weight was correct but for unknown reason one reached the distribution point but never arrived to destination. The second shows tracking number but nothing else.

This never happened before. 

Has anyone experienced this issue

Did the buyers open item not received claims?   If not, it’s possible that they received their items but the envelope wasn’t scanned at delivery.  If they have opened claims you may be able to claim the insurance provided  with standard envelope,  there wil be more info on that at the link @stuff4divas provided.
