I suggest you contact local websites (Facebook or NextDoor). EBAY does NOT allow sellers to exchange any contact information. Or if you have a large collection of quality item...you could contact company that does "estate sale".
Most sellers don't want to headache of selling "other people's items" and also the "income tax" liability. EBAY reports sales to IRS.
