Does anyone have an Open Ticket? Because according to Devon, this ain't getting fixed until they figure if there's an "Open Ticket" yet on this massive meltdown.

This is due to an annual increase in system activity experienced during this period, which has caused processing delays.

I'm contacting my concierge as we speak to get it reported.
UPDATE: Yes my concierge agent took the words right outta my mouth before I even told him what he can help me with. He said there's tons of tickets open for it and as he can see, it's site wide and they are doing everything they can to fix it. He also threw me into those open tickets as well.

I'm reporting this one to DOGE. Somebody (or some entire Department) needs to be fired.

Hey @hartungcards! Thank you for the report. Our Product team is currently working on a fix for this issue and there is also a sitewide ticket open under ALERT15947. The Community team will do our best to update as we hear status updates on the ticket.

I am confused. How does increased activity cause photos not to load for hours, and second, if this is an "Annual" issue, why hasn't it been addressed and fixed years ago, knowing this will happen?

@huffstutler That user has posted that same comment on many threads in the past, about many different issues or questions. I think it's meant to be a joke.

I hope so, wanting to believe eBay is bigger and better than that. Going out on a limb, the issues could even be related to the current sun activity, which may play havoc with power grids and other communications... but that is just my own opinion. Just wish eBay would be more transparent and quicker to keep everyone updated with what is actually happening.
