I am looking for an affordable software that will integrate my inventory and accounting between Ebay, Facebook and Etsy. Quickbooks will not work. Tia.

Kim

Quickbooks might work if you can learn to cut and paste the columns of a CSV file within Excel.
Get the data arranged how Quickbooks expects it to be organized.
The software you desire to handle 3 platforms might not exist.
You should become intermediate to advanced in using Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software.
I use two Notepad files that I can load into Excel, if needed.
A) I make an entry into filename Items Listed every time I list something for sale.
It has 5 columns and I make a few hundred entries per year.
Auction number, Quantity, Date, Manufacturer Part Number, Description
I can search by part number to see the history of an item.
B) I make an entry into filename Sold Items every time I sell an item.
It has 5 columns and I make 7 entries a day or 2,500 entries a year.
Sales Order Number, Auction Number, Manufacturer Part Number, Description and Quantity Remaining
I could operate with just 2 columns, Manufacturer Part Number, Quantity Remaining
The last column (usually blank) could have Relist 12 Red Factory Sealed, Get from Storage Unit, Discontinued or Need Photo
I can manage items as they become Low Stock or Out of Stock.
C) I download the 12 monthly eBay and Paypal CSV (comma separated values) files into Excel.
Otherwise I load 2 yearly files.
I can sort several times by sender, receiver, type or whatever.
Then I put one of these categories into a blank column, sort again and total it up.
+ Payments received
- Paypal fees
- eBay Fees
- Sales Tax
- Refunds
- Postage
- Electric
- Phone
- Rent
- Supplies like boxes
- Inventory to resell
= EBITDA
D) I enter the numbers into a Schedule C and then file a 1040.
