Hello eBay Community ~ I have had a store for many years now & have noticed a "roll off" of many of my items. Items that were 'Buy It Now' that should auto renew after 30 days have vanished. They aren't in Unsold or anywhere I can see. I called eBay & spoke to a 'manager' who seemed to understand. She said I had a technical problem & told me it would be resolved in 2-3 days. She wrote back & offered no help...just a language barrier thanks again etc... These are hundreds of hours or picture taking and descriptions ALL GONE. Has anyone experienced this? Any technical help or ways to directly contact technical support would be much appreciated. I feel eBay seriously doesn't care that this has happened to me. Thanks again ~ Twinkiehimalayan

”How is this even legal to pull off my items & trash them?”
Very sorry this has happened to you.
This is a guess, but I imagine eBay would point to their policies where they outline what practices we can expect of them as sellers using their platform. In the User Agreement, eBay states they reserve the right to modify their services at their discretion. (See Section 3 and 4.)
Under the policy on Removed Listings, eBay advises the following reasons for removal:
“We'll only remove a listing for one of the following reasons:

That's not something we can recommend here, and it differs a lot depending on what you sell. It's an easy search on Google, though.

There are several 3rd party listing software companies.
I use one in particular and no matter what eBay has done, I have never lost my basic listing information because it's not stored in eBay.
You should probably look into using one of these.

On April 6, 2022 I created a report within Managed Payments.
This was long after the activity occurred in year 2021.
So the information stays in the system for awhile.
"Start date","Jan-01-2021 00:00:00 AM PST"
"End date","Dec-31-2021 23:59:59 PM PST"
Every active listing incurs a monthly insertion fee, a dime at my store level.
"Other fee" also known as "Insertion Fee " appear in the line items you are interested in.
"Dec 10, 2021","Other fee","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","-0.1","USD","Dec 11, 2021","0123456789","My Bank *0123","Funds sent","--","123456789012","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","--","-0.1","USD","--","FEE-01234567890123","Insertion Fee "
See if you can create and download a report within Managed Payments for two months.
It might be called Transaction Report or something else.
The twelve digit listing numbers will be displayed within the report.
Just right of the words "Funds sent" is my fictional example twelve digit number. 123456789012
