Anyone else having trouble with Ebay timing you out and then making you jump through hoops to get back in and then it wants you to create a new password? I have to do this like 3 times a day and it's annoying. Have had 8 calls with Ebay now and no one can fix it.
Anything odd about your network connection? Using a VPN or a hotspot or a Starlink network? Traveling or using an unfamiliar network? Any of those can potentially cause issues.
If not, try another browser to rule out a browser issue. A blocked or corrupt eBay cookie in your browser could also cause issues. Some browser settings -- involving things like blocking scripts or blocking third-party tracking -- can sometimes cause various security issues.
Beyond that, eBay may have noticed something about your account activity -- or the activity of others attempting to sign in to your account -- and may be taking preemptive action to make sure your account is secure.
