Local pickup issue

 After much delay, buyer paid but won't pick up item, small snow plow.  Repeated requests.  What to do?

How did he pay you... thru Paypal? Local pickups should always be paid on the spot when they pick up. If it's thru Paypal you are wide open for a scam (he claims item not received and there's no acceptable proof that he picked it up from you).

@fixitgrady  Wait at least 2 days and as long as the bots can see that you have made repeated requests to the buyer and have not received a response, you can cancel using "buyer requested" without receiving a defect.

@bigdeals.etc  INRs are usually not valid in a local pickup only sale as the listing states "no shipping", therefore a tracking number does not have to be uploaded to the sale.  As long as the bots can see that the seller made arrangements through eBay messaging for a time and place to have the buyer pick up the widget and there were no messages from the buyer about the seller trying to avoid a meet, then and INR won't be won.
