Local pick up

So what should i do if i posted something for local pick up only amd the person paid so funds are on hold however they dont respond for almost 5 days then tell me they cant pick up because they are disabled amd the invoce said that it had free shipping? Still this person has yet to tell me his location to see if i can deliver it for a fee and hasnt contacted ebay n hasnt asked for a refund. Also i used the ad promotion from ebay so right now im in the negative 15 bucks so if i refund him ill be out the fees and the promotion thing and be responsible for it because the buyer changed his mind. I dont think he can be that disabled to pick up a 5th wheel hitch because if u dont plan on driving it then how u going to use it? Idk what to do

Local pick up

Politely apologize for the confusion (even if it was his and not yours) and ask if he wants to cancel the transaction, since he cannot pick up and you cannot deliver.

If he agrees, cancel At Buyer Request.

He will automatically be refunded and the transaction will end. Both of you can leave feedback.

 

Hmmm- if you do this and are in Managed Payments, complete the cancellation before your MP balance is transferred to your bank on Tuesday.

Local pick up

Cancel and refund - use 'problem with buyer address' as the reason and you won't get a defect and ypu get your fee's back except for the 0.30c transaction fee.
