How do I get paid by eBay? buyer picked up items (windows), as was specified in the ad.
It was a local pickup, so no "tracking number" or "carrier".
Buyer has verified with me that items were picked up.
Ebay has my $ on hold.
What do I do to get paid?
Super frustrated

When the buyer buys the item eBay sends them a QR code or 6 digit code.
When the buyer picks up the item you are to scan the code with your cell phone to the eBay app. This code is your proof of delivery.
Ask your buyer to send you the 6 digit code to confirm delivery.

I am sure that a more knowledgeable member will chime in, but I am assuming that when you completed the handover, there was some QR Code to verify pickup from the buyer......
As best I recall, that serves as 'proof of delivery'
After you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send an email with a Local Pickup code (a QR code and a 6 digit code) to your Messages. You can either print off your email or show the seller the message on the app when you collect your item. The seller will scan or enter the code on the eBay app to confirm you’ve picked up your item.
...that being said, you appear to be an infrequent seller (or 'new' in the eyes of ebay)
there will most likely be a 30 day hold on your funds....but I may be wrong....
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

Being a new seller and they sold for more then $1000, the funds will be held for 30 days.

I require immediate payment before pickup. I never have understood that QR thing. If buyer loaded up and left, I seriously hope buyer is honest and pays you.

The OP HAS been paid, eBay is holding their funds as they do for all new or infrequent sellers.
