I am sure that a more knowledgeable member will chime in, but I am assuming that when you completed the handover, there was some QR Code to verify pickup from the buyer......
As best I recall, that serves as 'proof of delivery'

You can either print off your email or show the seller the message on the app when you collect your item. The seller will scan or enter the code on the eBay app to confirm you’ve picked up your item.
...that being said, you appear to be an infrequent seller (or 'new' in the eyes of ebay)
there will most likely be a 30 day hold on your funds....but I may be wrong....
