I received notification of sold item for local pickup. I don't offer local pickups for my listings and verified that the local pickup selection was not turned on for the listing. However, it did show local pickup as an option when I clicked on my view listing feature (not my listing revision).
I sent a message to the buyer to inform them there was an error in the listing and didn't offer local pickup (they're address was in Puerto Rico and I'm in Colorado), and that I would need to cancel the order and refund their purchase. Which I did. Upon searching for a way to fix the listing I ran across another sellers inquiry and saw that Ebay penalize sellers by "burying their listings" for canceled orders.
Am I going to get docked for this canceled order? Is there a way to prevent it?
Is there a way to fix my listing without starting from scratch as I had it set up with buyer quantity discounts and was relatively time consuming to list?
