@wy9430 I don't think there's any "quick" way. ebay has been VERY gradually adding sellers to this program, so I would not expect to be added quickly....basically, if you filled out the form, you've reserved your place in line, but that's about it.

Not sure who Shannon is? If that is someone at ebay who can grease the wheels of acceptance for you, great, but my guess is, you could be waiting quite a while.
