It’s just your browser marking links you have previously visited. It isn’t being done by eBay and it doesn’t affect your listings or how other people see them.

You have not given us much information to go on, since your active listings can be displayed in many places on the eBay site.

What page are you talking about? Search results? Seller hub? Listing detail? etc.
