Listings stopped showing up in google search

Google stopped showing my listings after October update in google searches. What does it depend on? I noticed other sellers in my category are coming up but no luck for me.

Came up for me, I entered - audi a6 s6 rear view morror compass

I tried 

w220 navigation 

R129 rear bumper (

R107 computer

500sel fuel distributor 

w140 throttle

and none show up

I typed in 99-02 MERCEDES R129 SL500 SL600 AMG SPORT REAR BUMPER SILVER  and it came up on google

Yeah but you pasted the exact title. People don’t search like that. If you search for Mercedes r129 bumper silver or 99-02 sl500 bumper -it is not showing up. People search by keywords not the exact sentence or phrase when they need a car part.

so how do I modify to have it displayed as other sellers?
