I am selling on ebay for couple of years and my bad habit is to keep searching for my item in fresh browers with out sign in using different keywords . This helps me to check how my listing works and where I am standing . Searching my item on different computers , two or three different cell phones.
keywords ex: 15 barrel saddle or 15 barrel racing saddle or 16 barrel saddle or 16 barrel racing saddle
these are most common keywords i belive people searching for.
My sales sarting dropping in last few days so thought to check my item in search result as I exlpained above and what I found that none of my item are there in best match *BM .
Listings are active and can be found by using item number.
Earlier my listing were doing good in BM atleast 5 to 7 listing on each page from 1 to 50... so on
BUT now using same keywords in BM only 2 or 3 listing on first page , thats it. No more listing on 2nd or 3rd ..... 25 - 30th.
When I call ebay to check on this they said it is nothing wrong my preformance and no restriction. They said my listing are showing correctly on search result but this is not true this is my believe .
If it true why it is not showing to me . I was selling 2 or 3 items every day but for last couple of days sell drop to zero(0) . I looked on seller hub and it is showing my listing drops by 18.8% but still ebay customer representative doesnt understand . She tried to explain me how to get more visibility by ending the listing and relist with few changes . I dont want to loose any sales history from my listing.
I am still offfering same service as I doing before . 30 days return , free shipping , proper title , detail information description .
If any body having any idea whats going on and if they can try to search few of my items to see how many items showing in each pages under my account .
