My listings not showing up in search. When I test to see what results come up under my ID I get random 3 to 4 items out of 200+.
Let me just say that Ebay support for sellers are bunch of complete morons. I've been having an issue for a week now and all they do is create another ticket and another ticket to update first ticket and one more ticket to update me on the first updated ticket. So I'm sick and tired of spending hours on the phone and get run around from people offshore that can't even speak clearly! Hopefully someone from corporate will read this even do I doubt that they care!

I randomly picked three items in search for you. Found then all.
tiffany egg shape tea strainer 1 of 1
Kellerman napoleon figurine 1 of 3
commemorative Vietnam war bracelet 1 of 1

I see 202 items for you in search and your store.

when I did a general search for one of your items by title it came right up also.
What zip code are you viewing from? Try 90210 and see if the results change.
(and eBay isn't listening to you here.)

Yes, search is totally broken for me.
I can only search for my items within my store.
Or go to Google, type in the item title and then add ebay
and that works. (but not for recent items)
A normal ebay search just brings up random items.

If you post item #'s of missing items, we will be able to check them out.

Right now everything is coming up in search, but no thanks to Ebay offshore idiots. Seems like the only help you can get lately is half broken English conversation that will end up with ticket number and dead end. I lost a week of sales and about 6 hours of useless phone conversations.

This is typical of eBay, and many people have posted the same thing.
They post to say that search is "completely broken" and that their items "don't show up", but as soon as they post about it here and everyone checks the items magically start appearing in search.
For a bunch of "offshore idiots" they sure have written some clever code because those "hidden" items always seem to show up whenever anyone besides the OP posts. It's almost as if they've specifically designed it to make it seem like the OP is simply mistaken.

Are you checking while logged in with your selling ID, another ID, or are you logged out?
If you are checking with your selling ID odds are you're not going to see your own items.

Do not search for your own items.
If you search for your own items and do not buy anything, they will assume that you are not interested in that item and show other items.
Searching for your own items and than clicking on them shows the search engine that people are interested in looking at your item, but not buying and send them to other sellers.
If you do not have a strong buying history of items like you are selling, they will not send you to your items 100 % of the time, but to items that you like to buy.

That isn't going to help either. Using different browsers log ins does not help.
Your new ID's do not have a buying history, so they will send you to places that they thing you will like.
Second when you click on your item and do not buy, it lowers your items in search results because on no conversion.
All of the well meaning boardies that searched on your items to prove your point, also lowered your search results for the day.
Search results is not simply a straight out function of list and find. It varies from user to user, not only taking in account what they search on Ebay, but what they search elsewhere.

Sarcasm, I hope.
