Listings not apearing on ebay search engine, been calling CS for 4 month and nothing id done!

To make a long story short:

I have placed 2 of my account on vecation mode, by the time I went to take them off vacation mode the setting was no longer there, I have been calling CS for help since March,  they keep telling me the problem is going to be fixed yet nothing has been done so far, nobody to talk to . I'm calling nearly every day to create tickets, I ask for a supervisor and told that one will call me back but no one ever calls. I tried to contact corporate however can reach no one.

Anyone knows how to reach a real person in corporate?

I did EBAY search for your items and they show up.

Not 100% sure I understand the question or problem....  Vacation mode was eliminated.  It's now called Time Away and can be accessed from the seller hub / overview page at the bottom of the selling tools.  If you went on vacation way back in March and now want those listings back I doubt they can be found.  EBay usually doesn't keep anything longer than 90 days, they don't have unlimited free storage space.

Are you logged in to that account when you call? 

Did you mistakenly delete those listings you are looking for? 
When you log in to that other account, is there any information there pertaining to these missing listings?

Was it actually vacation mode or was it the new Time Away option?

How long were you away from those listings? Time away only allows 30 days at a time (vacation mode could be set for quite a bit longer, as I recall). 

Customer Service is well known for telling the caller whatever it is, opening a ticket, setting up a call back, just to get you off the phone. 

You may have better results contacting eBay through social media. Search eBay for Business.

The maximum setting for the old Vacation settings (and the new Time Away) is 30 days, even if you don't turn off the Vacation setting it would end on it's own on whatever date you picked and that would be a maximum of 30 days.

FYI - the old Vacation and the new Time away are EXACTLY the same thing, they just changed the name and made it available to all sellers not just sellers with a Store.

Whatever your issue is it has nothing to do with Vacation settings.

I did contact them on the FB page, a month later they responded  with an "OH NO!, please send pm", 

Never responded to the PM and that was well over a month ago.

Not sure how the time away settings work sas I never used it yet but the vacation settings were good till canceled. I used it many times when traveling sucssesfuly.

yes I'm logged in when I call, No nothing is erased or deleted, all the items apeare in my active listings.

Disclamer: I'm an ebay seller since 1999 with over .5 mil in sales, I know my way around.
