I am doing a reorganizing of all my listed inventory. Which I have saved and separate from my unlisted ones.
In checking my bins...and they are all clothes....very time consuming to list. So far at least 30 items are missing - gone completely. Nowhere to be found, not in ended, not in unsold, nowhere...Im still doing inventory. I'm so depressed already, it's very hard for me to find time to do it all. But Ebay is my only source of income now and I really wish it was cooperating with me. Some of them may be a year old, but for sure not all of them are.
Any latest developments on this disappearing listing issue?

I've been averaging about 3 listings a month going "missing" over the last 4 years. We did a partial inventory last Nov. and found a couple dozen items that should have been active listings that were no longer on site. I even reviewed the invoice history on several and one month there would be a insertion "fee" record and the following month nothing. Like you they don't show ended, unsold or in deletes, they are just gone.
The rate has continued at pace even after the GTC change.

Thats been happening on Ebay for a few years now. If its old inventory thats not selling, Ebay removes said items. Ebay doesn't like stale inventory anymore.

I end everything that has been listed for 3 months, tweak it and do a sell similar. Even doing that, though, I have found items in my inventory that are no longer listed. Not many though, 2 or 3 per year.

Hi there, we have found its our top selling products that have disappeared, phoned ebay they are looking in to it. We had Good Til Cancelled set with plenty of stock all i can think is if we resist again we get charged again for resisting the same item.
Our non sellers are still there

Hi there, did you figure out a way to get your listings back this has happened to us too.

Our active items that dissapeared were sellers in stock and set Good Til Cancelled, all our non sellers are still there, i can only presume by resisting we have to pay a fee again, if millions of us ar in this predicament how many millions will ebay make?
Did you find a way to get them back?
We have ebay looking in to it at the moment

I disagree about it being "old" inventory - some of my missing listings were created less than 6 months ago. I also don't use GTC - everything is relisted as sell similar and listings are often edited as well.

If they're FP then you DO use GTC (ebay gives you no choice), even if you end them and don't let them rollover.
But this has been happening for years now and ebay seems powerless to prevent it.
Every single time I do a physical inventory I find so many that have just poofed.
Then we wonder why certain stuff isn't selling. Well it can't sell if it's not listed.
