Listings automatically relisting without automation rule being activated

Listings are automatically relisting without automation rule being activated.  I go to turn it off and Ebay says it is not selected.  What to do?

To confirm, the auto relist box is not checked on any of your listings @buy_buy_barbie ?

Here are the steps on how to verify:

Edit the listing and scroll down to the price section. There's a feature offered to new and casual sellers labeled Auto Relist. 

If you don't see the setting at all, it could be hidden under price section menu options.

Change the slider button to blue so the setting appears on the listing form. Once the setting is showing on the listing form you'll see a checkbox (bottom left of screenshot). Uncheck it to turn off auto relist.

It happened again last night.  I went into the listings that relisted themselves as you instructed.  The relist button was NOT selected?   Nor were the automation rule?  Yet four listings relisted on their own.

Same thing is happening with mine. At the bottom in fine print it says listing will automatically be relisted.  “Auctions will be automatically relisted up to 8 times for free and do not count towards your monthly listings balance. Auctions with a 1 or 3-day duration will be relisted with a 7-day duration.” Apparently there is no way to stop it.
