I have been selling nothing lately with Buy It Now, I want to try auction again, what is a good time to list on Sunday night and should I list for 7 or 10 days?

I very seldom do auctions any more, one here and there when the item warrants it.
It's my opinion that the old "close on Sunday night" rule of thumb no longer holds true. The few auctions that I do launch I just steer clear of Friday and Saturday evenings, although with lockdowns this past year probably doesn't count.
I always stayed away from 10 day auctions, and I never bid on 10 day auctions (when I do bid on an auction, I usually avoid buying via auction). Unless I happen to find the item in the last days - would never bid with 10 days to go, almost never. Might load a snipe but then I have to remember that I have it in case I find a BIN in the meantime...
YMMV of course.

I can't speak for the collectable bears and plates, but I bought that same Vera Bradley purse for $15 on another site recently. You might want to check to see if your prices are competitive not only here but with Mercari and other sites as well

IMHO the importance of the decision about when to list and how ling to list is absolutely DWARFED by the decision about what to list in the first place. Attractive inventory sells itself.

I never do 10-day auctions and don't bid on them normally, either. I don't list on Sunday as I feel it's too diluted with new listings. I normally list Mon. through Thurs. around 5:00 PST, when everyone in the country is still awake.
