When you create a listing with variations, what do you use for the main picture? I have always taken a picture that included all of the variations for the main picture and then each variation alone for the variation photos.
Ex. One item available in 6 colors, my main picture would contain 6 items, one in each color.
I have been selling for 6 years and this has always worked fine. Well, I am suddenly having customers think that they will be getting all 6 products even though there is an option in the listing where you choose which variation you want. I think it has to do with the way listings show on the app. It seems people are relying more on that main photo than they are on the item details and descritpion and even having to choose which variation they want still doesn't clear things up.
How should I handle this? What should be my main picture in a listing with variations? How do you let the customer know that they have options with that main picture without confusing them?
