eBay removed a few of my listings sayin they are counterfeit.
They are not, and they can be validated from the companies website to be real or not.
I have sold some of them, and not a single customer complained that the item was a counterfeit.
I received several positive feedback for those items, every single item is verified from the manufacturer's website and eBay still took it down.
I know eBay's customer service is a scam, they don't help via phone or chat, they all tell you "yeah this problem will be solved just give 24 hours" and nothing happens.
Is there any way that I can show my proof of purchase to eBay so my items get listed again?

Since you didn't give much information about what you sold and listed that are deemed to be counterfeit, no one can give specific advice.
What I can tell you is that thousands of counterfeit items are sold every day and most buyers don't recognize that they got ripped off or they aren't aware of the number of fakes so they leave positive feedback for their sellers.
What is the item in question?

It is a license key that you add to your account.
Think it like a game that you add to your Playstation/Xbox/steam account.
If the license is fake, customers would know it in less than a minute because the system won't let them redeem it.

Digitally delivered, intangible items are not allowed to be sold on eBay. The reason for the removal might be the wrong one, but the listings were pulled according to policy.

In most cases license keys cannot be resold or transferred LEGALLY.
In any event, digitally delivered items are not allowed here.

There are strict rules about selling digitally delivered goods, with the first rule being you must be an approved seller under certain circumstances. The second is you cannot sell software keys unless authorized.
See policy in link below.
