Listing problem

I am unable to complete a listing on my laptop. This is where I usually do listings. I complete the title and form and that is as far as I can go.....Wondering if ebay made some change that is affecting my computer. If I go upstairs to my desktop I can do a listing. Too much leg work for me to run up and down stairs....so please help? I am using the Edge browser. This just started happening yesterday, prior to that never had a problem. Thanks for any input or suggestions.

Can you explain exactly "that is as far as I can go" means? 

Is the button to create the listing missing?

Is the button there but it does not do anything?

Do you get an error message?

Are you using the Edge browser on both computers?

Have you tried a different browser?

Have you set the laptop and the computer side-by-side and looked for differences?

I select the list and item, then  type in the item I want to list and fill in the details like brand, material, shape etc and when I finish that part I don't get error message I just can't go any further. I am using Edge on both computers. Didn't change anything, want to continue using the edge browser. Hoping this is just something that has changed on ebay and it clears up and starts working again. I did try another browser and that didn't help.

Did you try Chrome?  At work, plenty of sites won’t work with anything other than Chrome.  There is even a site that only works with Internet Explorer.

I always use Chrome or Firefox, but check if your browser is up to date.

Can you see the entire form on the laptop screen?  There may be an error or missing data required that is outside your field of view.   Scroll up/down or left/right to see if there is an error you aren't otherwise seeing.

I've had the same problem when I tried to list or make changes with some listings using the new listing tool. I found that if I went back to the classic tool, I could get it done.

Bingo.....I reduced the view to 80% and it now works. Not sure what caused that but appreciate your help and it is working for now!!! Thank you.
