So, I have an old silver snuff spoon, coke spoon, call it what you will. I tried to list it but they disallowed it, saying it violated their Drug and Drug Paraphernalia policy. Apparently, words like “coke”, “snort” and “snuff” are taboo. But this policy isn’t being uniformly enforced: There are tons of eBay listings related to snuff, snuff bottles, snorting, spoons, and even coke. And yet I’m unable to even use the word “snuff”, which is not an illegal substance.
Any advice, oh wise community? Anyone I can complain to?? Anything I can do???

My advice, don't relist it. You are on their radar now for an already questionable item. The fact that 3,214,602 other listings have the same item are irrelevant.
If you list it again, you are likely to get suspended.

TBH we getting in the era with coke spoons gonna be like collectable and value for displaying in your living room (mostly rich people). So I kinda see his point thinking this.

If you have time on your hands, you can report some of the other listings for policy violations.
