Is there a way to add more than 12 photos to listings? Sometimes I need more than 12. I had an add on listing subscription a few years ago that allowed up to 25, but I'm not finding that. Thanks.

You can't add more photos (12 is the max) to the Gallery. I believe you can still put photos in the description, but ebay doesn't encourage that.
You don't explain WHY you would need more than 12. A couple things to keep in mind. In addition to the 12 Gallery photos, you can have a VIDEO in the Gallery as well. It should not really be more than about a minute long. You can take a video of an item, showing all sides, or showing the item in motion, etc. You can also create a video as slideshow, which would allow you to work more still photos into the listing. And you an "stitch" photos together, so, for example, one of the 12 photos could actually show both a front photo and a back photo of an item.
Can you explain why you would need more than 12? That might help us give advice.
Here is an example of one of my listings with a video that shows the equivalent of a number of still photos:

I have that situation frequently as well, due to the nature of the items that I sell.
One way around it is to use a photo editor program to "stitch" two ore more photos (jpeg) together to create one jpeg. This "stitched" photo counts as only one on an eBay listing.
There are various free on line apps that will do this.
