Re: Listing mistake correction problem

I assume it's the dvd player.

It might be this part of your description........

(...of course You can buy them "new other", or "like new" or "just open box" or "barely used

The A.I. isn't all that "I" but calling something "new" in the condition field and then including the words above would have the bots confused.

Re: Listing mistake correction problem

Is it an auction?  Is it active?

If so and there are no bids, you may cancel the listing, make your corrections and re-list.

If there are bids, you have to cancel the bids first, then end the listing, make your corrections and re-list.

Good luck!

@rimrules

Good luck with the player, make absolutely sure you ship with Signature Required and since you offer FedEx makes sure to tick the "no safe drop" box.

I would recommend adding Immediate Payment Required (if you haven't) otherwise it could very well get bought by a scammer who will try to fool you with a fake payment.

And know that the item may make you a target of all kinds of scam attempts. Although you have a reasonable amount of feedback I can see that not much of it is for selling or high value items.

I appreciate Your advice. Im not a eBay guru, don't do that for a living - never sold anything so expensive, I will keep my self in check for professional advantage takers. Thanks again for Your help
