Listing is visible on ebay.nl (dutch version) , not visible on ebay.com?!

Hi there,

So I posted a listing on ebay.nl and checked 'international' shipping and everything. Listing is visible on ebay.nl, but not on ebay.com.

Anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks a bunch!

Warm regards,

Rob

Since I can't see your listing, check your shipping preferences. Do you have them set to ship to the United States? Other countries? You have to specify where you ship or don't ship. If you want to ship to the US, make sure that the US (and any other countries you want to ship to) are NOT checked.

Also, there are certain criteria that have to be met in order to ship internationally. If you don't meet them, you can't ship outside your country.

The listings of some countries have not been showing up correctly on .com lately.  As far as I can tell, the listing is set up correctly to show on this site but when I click on your ID, it shows as 0 listings.   International listings do not always show in buyers are searching but your listing should definitely show here when we click on your name. I don't know if this is going to be fixed soon but I will ask an ebay rep to comment on it.

If your listings doesn't sell on the .nl site, you might want to cancel it and list it directly on this site.  If you do that, shipping to the US will be considered as domestic and shipping everywhere else will be international so you should be using a flat shipping rate.

You can see their listing is you click on their name and substitute the .com with .nl

I don't think that international criteria is relevant in this case (or in most) as the visibility for international listings has been a problem in a few different ways for the last few months.

I see new buyers selling internationally all the time so I don't think ebay prevents them from doing so until they've had x number of sales.

Hi @dill-35 & @pjcdn2005! I'm also not seeing their listing on the .com site, though I'm not sure why. I'm going to spend some time looking into this further. If I can't find a reason for this to happen then I'll file a report with our tech team. Thanks!

I can see the OP's listing (below; Harley-Davidson tank emblems) just fine as long as I check the "Worldwide" radio button under Item Location, in the left-hand pane of the search results screen.

Initially I see nothing if I'm just clicking on the OP's Listings link as seen here in the discussion group. Clicking the "Worldwide" button will bring it right up.

I can see your Harley emblem set here in the US, but only when I change my item location from "default" to "worldwide".
