Listing error

Hi. I faced a problem with listing my items. Now when I try to list item ebay says “Unfortunately, we can't provide our services to customers located in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR), the Luhansk People’s Republics (LNR)”

I understand this BUT I do not live in that regions, My account wasn’t registered from that regions, My current location is way far from those regions,  so the Q,  Why my account got this restriction? I still can sell my items that I’ve listed before but what about new one?

This happened also, as far as I recall, right when the war started.  Try contacting eBay to find out what can be done and also find earlier threads concerning this problem.

There was a similar post here yesterday.  I believe this has to do more with shipping and the postal courier routes that the parcels take that could delay shipping due to the conflict in your country. These routes could very well have conflict that could cause delays or even damage the items.  Ebay wants to protect their buyers from this issue.  I believe this is why the decided to restrict sellers in your area.

I see you’ve got 35 items listed thus far. Can you share with us the exact wording of the restriction?

The main issue is I am not from that regions and areas, the problem is my internet provider shows IP that registered in there so the ebay might think my location there but in fact I am not, and if they check my logs and all sendings locations items are really far from that region. I have asked to provide me with static IP and now it shows my real address but I still can’t create listing.

Those items were listed befor yestarday when I found out I can list any items so far.

The only other thing I can suggest is to contact Customer service and see what they can do.
