I NEED SOMEONE FROM Ebay to contact me who isnt going to waste my time

Rhena helped me and then it was broke a few days later.

My listings are not showing LIKE other sellers   im ready to go to news and legal with this issue   PLEASE Someone from upper management contact me

OP is ending all their listings, that's why they're not showing now.  I watched it happen.  1400, then 60 some, then 6, click on 1 of them & it says OP ended it.

They must have been in the middle of deleting while I was looking. That does explain it!

So whatever happened with that? Did you try just phoning their main number and asking for the Legal department? Who did you talk to and how did the lawsuit work out?

Good news   CS Team Lead called me and problem had nothing to do with time away, this problem was occurring beforehand.

Problem is being rectified and monitored

You are simply mistaken.  You are expecting something from posting here that just is not going to happen.

Have you tried turning OFF your Time Away setting?  Waiting for up to 24 hours for the site to reindex and see if all your listings then show up.
