I have over 270 items listed - yet when I go to check onmy store it shows I habe EIGHT items. My friends have gone to my store and all all the items, but I cannot if I log in. Has anyone had this problem? I have been working with a rep from eBay for several days now and haven't gotten any where with resolving this. Store name is "Kareen's Korner"

You can see them when you are not logged in? But you can't see them when you ARE logged in? Weird...

This happens a lot with sellers in HI and AK.
Go to the shipping tab and change your ship-to zip code to 90210. That should give you visibility to your listings.
edit: I think @berserkerplanet is familiar with this site bug and can offer more insight.

Exactly, anyone can see the listings, but not me the seller. I can't see anymore than eight items when I log in and look at my store.

I personally don't know what is going on, what can be seen and by whom and when. All I know is Sunday night I got a message from a 4000+ feed back buyer saying I had beautiful items and wanted to know why it was that my STORE showed I had 1200 items for sale but she could ONLY SEE 70! 4000+ feed backs tells me she is not new to this site and knows how to get around. I have also experienced in the past searching a sellers store where they they were supposed to have over 1000 items in their store and only being shown 50. so what is really going on here?

I can see all of my selling items - no problem; just can not see the items in the store beyong the eight using that url.

Did you do what I said in post 3 above? Open a listing and change your ship-to zip code.

Yes, I changed the zip code to the 90210 and after I poked around the store's catagories - all the catagories were there and in one was all of the correct listings. BUT, when I checked for more it went back to just the eight listings. So, it worked, but only for a moment.

The easiest thing to do is use a different browser and don't sign in. You can also clear your entire cache, cookies, history of your current browser then look when you're not signed in.

Working with an Ebay rep I've cleared the cache, used a different browser, etc. I am waiting to hear what their tech dept says and will let them know about changing the zip code. thanks for your help - when/if it's resolved I will post an update on this page.

It's been ongoing for at least a year. The CS rep you speak with won't be able to do anything except add you to an existing ticket if there is one.
@Anonymous, do you know what the status is on a fix for sellers in HI, AK, PR not having visibility to listings? Please see linked threads if you need a refresher on the problem.
