It just does.  Nothing is instantaneous on the e-Bay site and the listings sometimes show fairly quickly, but often take up to 24 hours. 

 Be safe out there.

Item's get in a que and it just takes that amount of time when dealing with millions of listing a day like eBay does

Please remove you accept PayPal only from your listing. It's against policy.

You can't specify the type of payment a buyer must make.

A buyer can pay using any one of the following methods, their choice

PayPal,  PayPal Credit, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and eBay gift cards through PayPal.

And I forgot they can also pay with their debit card.

Because it takes 2 days for Sri Lanka to rotate around the sun.  Sri Lanka is always 2 days behind.  Does that make cents?   Thank you and Good Luck!
