Listing Removed: Trademark Violation

I have been selling the card game "What do you Meme" for about a week. It was taken down the 1st day for trademark violation. I called ebay and they told me it was because I used a stock photo that was copyright. So I relisted it with my own pictures. It has stayed up for about a week and sales have been great. It was removed yesterday for trademark violation again. Has anyone else had this happen for a game? There are at least 20 other sellers of the same game on ebay, why do you think my listing has been targeted and taken down? Is there a way to relist it and not get into any trouble? What if I just don't put the name of the game, only pictures? Thanks for any insight.

I didn't have a problem with a game but I received a TV when I listed a couple printer cartridges and like your listing there were about 100 other active listings for the same item. eBay's email stated that the company complained about my listing that's why they had to remove it. I think I remember reading that you can write to the maker of the game and ask for permission to use their logo, name or image and show that to eBay.

Be careful relisting because I have read about a "three strike rule" where eBay may suspend your account for listing violations you should check into this.

Good luck to ALL the small sellers out there!
