Top edge of UPS labels cut off, is there a fix?

Shipping with paypal on ebay managed payments

I signed up for the new ebay managed payments. The labels are still purchased through paypal, but there is no money going there now. Do any of you who use managed payments add money to paypal for shipping or just use a credit card?
