Listing Problem/ ISsue

Currently trying to revise my listing and it’s loading forever, hopefully eBay has awareness for this, mind you I updated some of my business policies shipping wise so I imagine it doesn’t have any issue with all my listings

That is likely a you issue, not Ebay.

Now keep in mind that when you change your Business Policies, that is not an immediate change to your listings.  You need to give it time while the site updates stuff.  It can take a few hours.

You may have an issue with your internet connection.  Try clearing your cache and cookies.  You might even try a different browser and see if that helps.

I noticed you have a store.  What level of a Store do you have?

Store subscriptions are Starter, Basic, Premium, Anchor and Enterprise. You don't have a store.

Above standard is your seller level.
Seller levels are below standard, above standard and top rated.

Does me getting a store subscription improve sales? Is there a difference?

That is your Seller level, not the type of Store you have.

Stores do not increase your visibility.  But you have a store now, I asked which level because it is likely a waste of money for you, depending on which level you have.  A Starter store isn't expensive, but if you have a Basic store, you are wasting your money.  You don't have near enough listings active to make that work for you.  You would need to have about 300 or more listings running on a regular basis for that store level to pay for itself and more.
