We have sold for 20 years, with 16K items sold, and 9000+ feedback. These are, for the most part one of a kind items. We have been unable to function properly for weeks. There are numerous issues and customer service has been no help. When relisting an ended auction changes show as done, but when the live auction is checked there were no changes. Today I relisted 7 items after lowering the price. When the live auctions are checked the prices did not change. The chat was a waste of time, calling was escalated 3 times with the standard tech support will contact you in 72 hours. That was a week ago.
When listing using our regular template the price and shipping will not change. Example, I put in 4 lb but the listing goes live at 1 lb. this was repeated 7 times and chat agent could see it was not working. Creating a new template had the same issues. HELP
