Listing Fees

We are having issues listing our items. eBay is charging us a $2 listing fee even though we have most of January’s free listings available and plenty of room in our monthly selling limits. This issue started the beginning of January. We tried getting help from eBay and their solution was to delete almost everything we listed for the last few months. We were able to list a couple of items and then the same issue came back. Thanks.

Is that per listing? Do you have the subtitle box checked? That would be $2 each.

Oh wow, thanks. That’s the first time I put a subtitle in and didn’t realize it was fee-based. We still had the issue of them permanently deleting our listings to give us more space even though we had plenty of room in all areas to list items. I guess we’ll be able to list for January and hopefully won’t run into the same issue at the beginning of February.

Have you looked at your invoices in sellers hub? There might be a clue there for what the $2 is for.
