Listing Fees

Hello, I am new to selling on eBay and have an issue with the fees. My list of promotions says I have used 4 of my free listings for the month, yet on the invoice to date (not the final one) it has a 35p fee for each listing. Has something gone wrong here or are the promotions only discounted for the final invoice. I have checked that I am eligible for them, and I assume they would not have come off the list of available free listings if I wasn't eligible. All of the items said they were no fee when I listed them as well.

Sounds like Gallery Plus fee. Always check what you're being charged before submitting the listing. It will tell you right above the submit button.

What does the invoice give as the Transaction Type for the fee?

When I get charged a final value fee on the item, mine says "Final Value fee". 

When I get charged a final value fee on shipping, mine says "Final Value Fee on Shipping". 

What does your say?
