Is this a policy change? Glitch? I am getting fees for changing my listings (cleaning up titles, changing shipping policy to free, and moving them within my eBay stores categories) Anyone know why?

According to responses from other threads, this is apparently a cosmetic glitch that you are not being actually charged for.

Keep your eye on your account charges for a couple days, make sure they don't appear. I've not yet heard anyone come back and say they were actually charged.
This bug keeps reappearing every few weeks, I got it the other day myself. eBay has atrocious change management techniques for their IT department.

I just researched this and even if it says 0.00 when you click submit , e-Bay is still showing on your invoice that you got charged. You are getting charged or at least it's showing you are every time you revise a listing. I've revised about 200 listings this month and been charged for every one of them even though it said 0.00 every time I submitted it.
@Anonymous
Trinton, Brian, Hi, guys, sorry for the page, but it seems there is still an issue with the charges here...I know this was a cosmetic glitch that showed a charge on the listing to revise but that charge was not being invoiced. This poster states it is. Hate to bother you but could you help? Thank you!

This response was inteded to be to the original post.
While eBay may not be actually charging for making revisions and only showing it as a "to be considered future enactment of policy", I don't care.
If eBay charges for revisions, it will make me a better Lister. I'll write my stuff somewhere else, review it and edit it before posting.
While eBay might be making money on revisions, it's insignificant in the overall scheme of things. Yes Marge, if a revision is $38.00 if might be difficult to absorb. You don't really believe it will cost that much, do you? I ididn't think so.
If you claim you have a thousand listings and the cost of revision is overwhelming, your original listings are poorly done.

Call Ebay and ask for a refund......there should not be any problem. Let us know what happens.

Hi @sharpgaming, can you provide some item numbers of listings you were charged for after revising? While we have had a cosmetic issue with listing fees being displayed at the time of revision, these have not actually be charged and do not appear on your invoice. If you have some examples of charges that were applied, I'm happy to get this reviewed!

Hi @918movies_games, I wasn't able to see the fees that you are referencing but if you can share with me the item numbers that you saw charges for after revising I will be happy to look into this for you!

On a thirty day listing I revise it at least once to lower the price.

I waited for the billing cycle to end and looks like it was simply cosmetic
