Listed Items not showing up in "Ending Soonest" or "Newest Listed"

For OVER a year I have had the same problem with the ebay system. I have 5000 items listed always on a 30 day roll over. When I have 50 items coming due within the next 24 hours these items NEVER show in the "Ending Soonest" category.....and when they end and roll over they NEVER show as "Newest Listed"

I have called every month for almost a year and get the same story....."We see the problem and will get tech on it right away".......NOTHING. My sales are down because of this glitch.

Anyone else having this problem ??????

Roll overs  do not show as "newly listed", as they are not "newly listed".

My GTC roll overs have not shown as "new" in the 2-1/2 years or so since "eBay imposed" GTC rolled in.

That, and ending soonest will not show up unless it is an auction as auctions always end sooner than GTC.

It's not a glitch, it's the way GTC works.

As others mentioned gtc listings only show as newly listed when they are first listed, not when they roll over.  But they DO show under ending soonest.  For example when I searched for a Linea 77 CD using ending soonest, your listing was the first one on the list.
